About the role

Technical Customer Success Manager III at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Seattle, WA. Focus on engaging with customers at all levels, driving adoption of cloud technologies, change management, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts. Position may involve travel up to 25% and telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies relating to cloud computing to unlock opportunities for customers.
  • Drive change management and incorporate organizational change best practices seamlessly into project delivery.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS and best practice implementations.
  • Assist in developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
  • seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • One year of experience in: Leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion; and customer-facing work engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities
  • 100% telecommuting permitted, work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
