About the role

Coordination of all training activities at the site, collaboration with Learning Experience Managers, site leads, area managers, shift assistants, sort associates, and external vendors; responsible for progress tracking of assigned trainings and ensuring adherence to training programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of related training programs (onboarding/training safety) and maintain training quality
  • Coordinate training sessions based on site/region needs and prepare new hires for onboarding
  • Monitor performance and support retraining opportunities
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Monitor compliance to standard operating procedures and ensure programs are followed
  • Support ongoing skills development (skill classes and cross-training)
  • Assess individual or group development needs
  • Understand workflows and daily production targets
  • Problem-solve and respond quickly and productively, executing appropriate steps to resolve issues
  • Prioritize multiple tasks across the role

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent development/training (industry or function不限)
  • Basic Excel skills (arithmetic operations, SUM, PivotTables for analysis)
  • Business-level Japanese language ability
