About the role

Planning Manager responsible for capacity planning, pricing and DP engagement for speed programs in the Amazon Flex last mile operation across EU. Focus on data-driven planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of capacity planning, pricing and DP engagement for speed programs from day one
  • Generate and maintain data-driven capacity plans to ensure operational efficiency
  • Review performance metrics and analyze execution gaps from previous plans to refine future forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on resource requirements and implementation strategies
  • Dive into data analysis using SQL, Excel and AI agents to extract patterns and inform planning decisions
  • Present findings and recommendations to key business partners in regular stakeholder meetings
  • Monitor planning accuracy and implement solutions to enhance the planning process
  • Remain flexible to changing business needs while focusing on long-term strategic planning objectives

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL
  • Ability to leverage AI for advanced data analysis and automation
