About the role

Attorney position supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS) with transactional drafting and negotiation, regulatory and compliance advisory, and marketing-related assistance within Amazon's Legal Department.

Responsibilities

  • Transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on commercial agreements
  • Provide ongoing legal counsel to business leaders
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance issues
  • Assist with marketing-related activities

Qualifications

  • - 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience
  • - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
  • - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
