About the role
Strategy & Business Operations Manager within the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, AMOC INTL. Owns strategy, planning, and rhythm-of-business to scale AMOC INTL’s four service pillars across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, and rhythm-of-business that enables AMOC INTL to scale its four service pillars across EU, India, LATAM, Australia, and new markets.
- Support cross-region operational scaling for Refrigeration & Building Maintenance (BBM/RBM), Planned & Compliance Maintenance (PPM), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), and Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC).
- Collaborate with field RME teams to ensure remote maintenance efficiency and reliability across 845+ buildings.
