About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine tasks to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair data center infrastructure and equipment.
  • Monitor critical infrastructure and respond to incidents to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore services.
  • Follow safety, security, and regulatory requirements in a data center environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment maintained.

Qualifications

  • Experience or ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or background check as required by the role.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving equipment; willingness to work in a data center setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
