About the role
Senior Product Manager, Technical responsible for strategy and execution of Prime Video's Machine Learning platform and infrastructure, focusing on data, ML, and measurement capabilities to accelerate end-to-end ML lifecycle and improve personalization, discovery, and customer engagement at global scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for the ML platform and infrastructure area, translating platform decisions into customer-facing personalization outcomes across discovery, content intelligence, and GenAI experiences
- Contribute to the data platform strategy by delivering clean, curated datasets for model-ready data foundations
- Build end-to-end ML tooling and pipelines enabling data discovery, modeling, experimentation, and productionization from prototype to production
- Support large-scale model training, real-time inference, and compute optimization for production scale
- Evolve feature store strategy for online and offline data serving, minimizing online/offline skew
- Own developer experience for ML builders with self-service tools, reusable components, and standardized workflows to boost productivity and reduce overhead
- Contribute to the measurement platform to monitor production model performance and align inputs/outputs with customer-facing outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to align priorities and trade-offs
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities across teams by delivering intuitive, reliable, and measurable improvements over existing workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
