About the role

Senior System TPM responsible for defining customer terminal products and managing cross-functional programs across engineering, product management, and operations for Leo Customer Terminals within Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to develop product strategy and features for customer terminals that will meet cost, performance, reliability and customer experience needs
  • Work with Product Management to define business objectives including Operation Expenditures, Capital Expenditures, Operational Cost of Goods Sold, Headcount and maintain guardrails throughout the program to achieve
  • Collaborate and lead narrative white papers to communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and cross functional teams
  • Project management of overall development process including communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams
  • Drive milestone readiness with the cross-functional teams
  • Navigate through ambiguity and managing project delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and product requirements for long term product roadmap
  • Manage CapEx/OpEx and BOM+MVA for the device
  • Senior System TPM to scale communications to appropriate audiences and accelerate decision making
  • Work with overseas internal and external teams on product development
  • Scale and evolve key processes and design review checkpoints for timely decisions
  • Manage and communicate product development critical issues and escalate when consensus cannot be reached
  • Onsite collaboration with Redmond, WA engineering teams and cross-functional partners; prepare agendas and leadership level presentations to enable timely decisions

Qualifications

  • -5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • -7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • -3+ years of software development experience
  • -5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • -Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • -5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • -Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • -Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
