About the role

Internship in Product/Program Management at Amazon EU SARL (Poland). Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams, learning to improve programs, analyze data, and drive operational improvements within Amazon’s European network. Eligible for 3–6 month full-time internship starting Jan–Sept 2027, based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate project management skills in a competitive and dynamic business climate.
  • Work on one or several projects with the hiring team: track open actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, analyze processes to identify critical points and anticipate risks.
  • Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
  • Contribute innovative long-term and lasting solutions beneficial for the entire team.
  • Develop solutions to real operational challenges, test different approaches, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Polish (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher).
  • Penultimate or final year student; anticipated graduation after internship; eligible to start Jan–Sept 2027.
  • Available for 3 to 6 months, full-time (40h/week).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, VLOOKUPs, VBA).
  • Right to work in the country of employment (Poland).
  • Based in Warsaw for the duration of internship; relocation package may be offered (subject to eligibility).
  • Relevant studies: Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar.
