About the role

Join the Selling Partner Trust - Agentic Ops Tech team to build next-generation global compliance products by integrating software engineering with generative AI. Work with an international team to tackle complex architecture and develop AI-first, scalable solutions for safer marketplace experiences for sellers and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive, design, build, test, and own software systems that automate investigation and compliance workflows at scale.
  • Design and code the right solutions starting from broadly defined problems, driving the technical direction of your work.
  • Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost distributed systems for storage, indexing, prediction, and query.
  • Integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into production, with attention to deployment, optimization, and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and support what you build, and work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
  • 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl
  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
