About the role

Security Services Manager role focused on driving operational security excellence within AWS Data Centers, managing communications, security processes, surveillance and access control, and leveraging metrics to improve security operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a chat queue, phone communications, generate and/or manage trouble tickets, handle incoming chats, and provide support to customers.
  • Drive security awareness campaigns aimed at enhancing security vigilance and effectiveness
  • Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction/development of performance metrics
  • Configure physical security devices including cameras, readers, and panels.
  • Support daily operational security across a data center campus
  • Distill overarching security strategy into daily tactics to reach management goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of process improvement procedures experience
  • 2+ years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors experience
