About the role

Finance Manager to support Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Rural Super Rural (RSR) focusing on On-the-Road (OTR) cost, cost segmentation for commingled delivery activities, and financial planning cycles. Leads cross-functional collaborations to redefine planning, reporting, and cost allocation for LM deliveries and FM pickups, with emphasis on data-driven insights and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with operations and finance partners; influence decisions through data-driven insights and business judgment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analyses for business reviews, formal financial reporting, risk mitigations, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Partner with team and business partners to drive continuous innovation in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning models through automation, AI integration, and process improvements.
  • Root cause cost variances quickly and uncover financial drivers using data; educate partners on how operational decisions impact Cost to Serve (CTS).
  • Analyze and manage quantitative data to drive cost reduction initiatives and support strategic decision-making for Last-Mile deliveries and First-Mile pickups.
  • Develop and implement scalable cost segmentation and allocation methodologies for commingled delivery activities (MFN/3P deliveries, MMOT, hub partner supply runs).
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual financial planning cycles, ensuring timely deliverables under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance or related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
