About the role

Senior sourcing recruiter role supporting Annapurna Labs, Amazon’s custom silicon organization. Collaborates with Recruiting Business Partners to source, build relationships with hiring managers, develop talent attraction strategies, and close searches under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Recruiting Business Partners (RBPs) to cultivate sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines
  • Be responsible for talent attraction strategies and setting benchmarks and metrics
  • Work with a team of peers including RBPs and Recruiting Coordinators focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development
  • Serve as primary point of contact for supported groups
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and service-oriented culture to meet SLAs
  • Consult world-class business and Talent Acquisition partners with excellent consultation and partnership skills
  • Demonstrate business acumen, strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional talent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience
