About the role

Ring is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to deliver cross-functional programs and lead the growth of business across multiple sales channels & geographies. Own communication, coordination, and execution of full-lifecycle programs, partnering with senior product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and communicate status across all levels.
  • Make tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define near-term and long-term product roadmap.
  • Create mechanisms to drive timely, accurate, and comprehensive project execution. Drive clarity, remove obstacles, and ensure deliverables & timelines are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery mechanisms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 1+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
