About the role

Join Amazon's Legal Department as an Associate Contracts Manager supporting Amazon Devices and Services. You will review and draft contracts that enable innovation at scale, support product marketing and development, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements
  • Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency in legal support
  • Manage multiple and priorities simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful outcomes

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in contracts management, leading or supporting contract negotiations, and drafting contracts, or other comparable roles
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
