About the role
BeXT HR Partner focused on the Builder experience within AWS, partnering with leaders and HR teams to innovate and deploy HR strategies across talent, performance, compensation, and employee relations for AWS Builders across regions and business lines.
Responsibilities
- Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and high judgement; collaborating and actioning on talent management processes, people development and performance management, compensation, and employee relations issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of human resources experience
