About the role

Senior Product Manager focused on cost strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile fleet management, leading initiatives to detect cost anomalies, surface optimization opportunities, and improve planning accuracy within the Middle Mile Network.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cost strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile fleet management, developing products and programs to drive cost performance across the network.
  • Identify solutions to detect cost anomalies, surface cost optimization opportunities, and improve planning accuracy.
  • Partner with technical teams, manage stakeholders and customers, and deliver results across multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Navigate ambiguous problems with autonomy, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance.
  • Think strategically and execute methodically to deliver high standards.
  • Communicate complex information clearly to varied audiences, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial orientation in a start-up like environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
