About the role

ServiceNow application development role within OpsTech Solutions focusing on ITSM, HAM, and system integrations. Responsible for ServiceNow administration, workflows, data management, scripting, and process automation; collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enhancements and operate ServiceNow platform maintenance and upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
  • Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
  • Interface with ServiceNow for all operational requests / issues / planning.
  • Lead ServiceNow release upgrades including technical and stakeholder management activities.
  • Work closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Provide user training related to ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
  • Mentor team members on project planning, design, and estimating activities in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  • Experience in software development and delivery
  • ServiceNow certification (CSA or CAD)
  • 1+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
