About the role

Bridge between AWS Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) and senior leaders. Owns strategic planning, goal-setting, and cross-functional execution to drive growth, with executive-level communications and data-driven storytelling for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic planning and goal-setting: author written narratives and documents for senior leaders and manage annual and ongoing planning cycles end-to-end.
  • Run the rhythm of the business: develop and maintain recurring reporting mechanisms, monthly goal updates, and ongoing reviews for the VP audience.
  • Drive deep-dive analysis: analyze data to identify trends, connect insights across the organization, and produce focused reports that deepen business understanding.
  • Work closely with executive leadership: translate analytics into executive-ready narratives, insights, and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional mechanisms: establish and drive cross-functional processes and interlocks, standing up new ones as needed.
  • Support special projects: partner with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
