About the role

Process Engineer role supporting robotics manufacturing and technical operations at Amazon, focusing on process development, optimization, and equipment integration within robotic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for robotics systems.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to scale production and improve process capability.
  • Design, document, and implement process improvements and new workflows for RMTO.
  • Analyze data to drive decisions, reduce variability, and improve yield and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and tooling teams to integrate manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with process engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably robotics or high-tech systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach to process optimization.
  • Experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA, and root-cause analysis is a plus.
