About the role

Internship in Amazon Air's Network Control Center (NCC) focusing on aviation, transportation, and supply chain management. 12-week summer program based in Erlanger, KY. Intern will lead a cross-functional aviation project, develop data-driven tools, and produce a final six-page whitepaper with findings and recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as single-threaded owner for project planning and execution
  • Coordinate cross-team resources and partnerships
  • Drive strategic process development and build operational tools or frameworks
  • Conduct data analysis and create dashboards for project decisions
  • Communicate business initiatives and build stakeholder consensus
  • Prioritize process improvements with quantifiable impact
  • Write a comprehensive six-page whitepaper documenting findings and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Work 40 hours/week throughout the 12-week internship (May–September)
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2027 and June 2028
