About the role

AVS Supply Chain Manager responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon's supply chain for Consumables (Beauty). Leads cross-functional initiatives, analyzes KPIs, and collaborates with Retail, Vendors, and internal teams to improve cost, delivery performance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
  • Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team
  • Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement
  • Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience
  • 1+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or experience using data to influence business decisions
