About the role

Lead a frontline team at the heart of Amazon's Operations network, owning a shift and a team to ensure customer orders move safely, accurately, and on time. Hands-on leadership with same-day impact in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
  • Own safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises for your area
  • Partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to hit business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement and solve problems in real time on the floor

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • A Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience
