About the role

Strategic Sales Enablement Manager to empower customer-facing teams for Amazon Leo (Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network). Bridges Sales, Marketing, and Product; designs onboarding, curates content, and optimizes sales workflows to shorten ramp times and boost win rates in a high-growth enterprise tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage comprehensive onboarding and ramp programs for new partner sales representatives to achieve time-to-productivity faster
  • Develop ongoing training curriculum, continuous learning paths, live workshops, and role-playing sessions focusing on product knowledge and objective handling
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and other Product Leaders to create and curate high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and one-pagers
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date, and easily searchable content repository/CMS for the partner sales team
  • Oversee and optimize the adoption of core sales enablement technology (e.g. Highspot), CRM workflows, and learning management systems
  • Track and report on tool utilization and effectiveness metrics
  • Partner with Field Sales Operations to surface relevant content insights for sellers during active deals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
