About the role

Process Lead role within Alexa Shopping Operations focused on end-to-end annotation tasks for AI/LLM enrichment, process improvements, stakeholder liaison, and team development to support RLHF data generation and high-quality CX across shopping features, devices, and locales.

Responsibilities

  • End to end annotation tasks for Alexa Shopping
  • Stakeholder connect and communication across multiple lines of business
  • Process transition and SOP creation/updating
  • Create and track metrics; drive prioritization and KRAs
  • Train L2 & L3 associates; identify and address performance issues
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation-enabled solutions
  • Serve as SME for the process; be the primary contact for peers and junior team members
  • Support Ops Manager in hiring and performance management
  • Drive business/operational metrics through data-driven decisions and tools
  • Collaborate with other teams/SMEs to support launches of new processes and services
  • Meet deadlines in fast-paced, complex systems environment
  • Perform deep process analyses to propose improvements and automations

Qualifications

  • - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • - Fluent in English (speak, read, write)
  • - Experience in fast-paced, evolving operations environments
  • - Experience in process improvement with automation or problem-solving to streamline challenges
  • - Experience reading/interpreting construction drawings or developing MOPs/SWMS for planned works
  • - Lead process improvement initiatives with actionable implementation plans
  • - Ability to drive cross-functional optimization efforts with measurable outcomes
