About the role

Amazon Operations internship in Berlin focusing on logistics across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. Interns apply analytical skills to high-priority projects, analyze data, propose and test solutions, and engage with managers, stakeholders, and frontline staff. Opportunity to experience the end-to-end customer order journey and develop leadership/communication skills within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results
  • Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones
  • Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates
  • Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams
  • Navigate the workspace and move between different areas as essential
  • Display flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required
  • Potential relocation to the designated work location

Qualifications

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field
  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1)
