About the role
Luna Chennai Ops team tests Luna software across devices (Fire Tablets, Fire TV, supported clients and other devices). Role involves test execution across platforms, daily quality checks, and reporting deviations to ensure high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Executes test cases for apps/services/devices to ensure proper operation
- Reviews new test & work instructions; shares knowledge and best practices
- Meets daily productivity & quality targets; executes repetitive tasks with high quality
- Logs bugs/failures related to test executions and quality mechanisms
- Tracks resolution per SLAs
- Learns manual device & application test procedures and applicable software/tools
- Deep dives on applications to compare version changes
- Uses software tools for validation, analysis and data capture
- Captures results, communicates and escalates failures; provides status reports
- Demonstrates strong language, vocabulary & grammar; contextual information awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
