About the role

Engineering Service Technician for JCFS engineering group to inspect, test, and help launch material handling and storage equipment at fulfillment and sorting centers, supporting Construction Manager to ensure safety, quality, and on-time site startups in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • - 日本のフルフィルメントセンターとソートセンターの計画どおりの立ち上げを成功させる。
  • - 社内各部署及び国内外の協力会社と連携し、継続的に安全な職場環境をつくり、設備の安全性と品質を向上させる。
  • - Construction Manager（CM）を補佐し、安全基準と設備仕様などの各種標準に則り設備の検査を行い、検出した問題について解決できるまで管理する。
  • - 計画された設備の能力が達成できるよう搬送テストを準備・実行する。

Qualifications

  • - 装置メーカでの装置検査や立ち上げ経験又は製造メーカ等で生産技術の業務経験
  • - 機械設備に対する基本的な知識（安全・品質）
  • - 協力会社（設備施工、電気・通信・機械施工）の現場担当者と技術的なコミュニケーション経験
  • - 基本的な PC操作スキル（Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel を使用したデータ集計やレポート作成）
  • - ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • - 駆動コンベア・梱包機・封函機等の設備立ち上げ経験、装置制御の経験
  • - CADオペレーションスキル
  • - アジリティとフレキシビリティー、チームワーク、オーナーシップ、インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献意欲（ Preferred Qualifications の一部）
