About the role

6-month internship in APAC (Singapore) supporting the Infrastructure Partner Management (IPM) team. Focus on data-driven support for Colocation Business Reviews, relationship tracking, and process improvement within AWS data center partnerships with external colocation providers.

Responsibilities

  • Support up preparation of Colocation Business Reviews (CBRs) — build data packs, pull service-level numbers, draft summary slides
  • Attend reviews to learn partnership management and capture resulting actions
  • Draft one-pagers and summaries for reviews or topics
  • Develop automation to support business reviews
  • Maintain action items and open topics in tracking systems and follow up
  • Track service-level performance across sites and partners; surface items needing IPM attention
  • Build and maintain simple trackers, contract/obligation lists, and dashboards
  • Pull and clean data; surface insights/trends for action
  • Collaborate with AWS teams (Safety, Security, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business Development)
  • Attend partner conversations beyond formal reviews; observe IPMs’ relationship-building
  • Support end-to-end one process-improvement or automation project with mentor

Qualifications

  • Currently studying toward a degree — business, finance, supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and data — able to organize numbers and spot inconsistencies
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Organised and reliable — able to track many small items and follow through
  • Currently enrolled in school pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Expected graduation Dec 2027 to Aug 2028
  • Legally able to work in Singapore
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship
