About the role

Transform network infrastructure by joining our dynamic team. You’ll develop innovative solutions that drive network stability and scalability, install large enterprise equipment, cabling, and perform break-fix activities across data centers and AWS GovCloud regions.

Responsibilities

  • Moving and implementing large enterprise equipment
  • Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching cabling between equipment
  • Ensuring proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation
  • Following well established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities
  • Safely using material handling tools and equipment
  • Traveling within and outside of the regional work area is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers
  • 18+ months of experience in data center or critical environment or similar technical roles: Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations
  • 18+ months of experience with network cabling, optic types, and test equipment (VFL, power meter, OTDR, etc.)
