About the role

Join Amazon's Last Mile Technology revolution to build intelligent, scalable systems for last-mile delivery, coordinating thousands of delivery events across diverse environments using a modern tech stack and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership from route optimization to fleet management, from simulation to real-world deployment
  • Build systems that coordinate thousands of delivery events across different cities, weather conditions, and scenarios
  • Work on systems that make intelligent decisions in real-time to optimize logistics networks
  • Leverage Gen-AI, machine learning, IoT, and cloud computing to solve real-world problems
  • Solve multidimensional problems involving delivery networks, dynamic routing, and adaptation to events in urban and suburban environments

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
