About the role

Senior program manager leading safety projects from ideation through network deployment within Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), focusing on process improvement, risk identification, and cross-functional collaboration to drive a culture of safety across multiple BUs and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own full project lifecycle from ideation through network deployment, including tollgate preparation, narrative development, entitlement submission, and project closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans (waterfall gantt), deployment schedules, and vendor Scopes of Work with clear milestones and accountability
  • Manage vendor relationships including 3PL labor coordination (3-5x/week cadence), material supplier engagement, Avetta compliance, and Coupa PO management
  • Produce clear, data-backed written narratives for tollgate reviews, MBR/WBR read-outs, and escalation documents; anticipate questions and address them preemptively
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time, eliminate rework, and create reusable playbooks for future deployments

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
