About the role

Internship in AWS Professional Services (ProServe) focused on AIML, Security, or Modernization with potential to convert to full-time A2C Delivery role. Onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VA or New York, NY for 12 weeks starting May/June 2027. Opportunities to gain hands-on cloud experience, pursue AWS certifications, and participate in professional development. Possible travel up to 75% for full-time role after internship.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects within AWS ProServe to design, train, and build cloud-based solutions for customers.
  • Attend professional development events and pursue AWS certifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop technical and professional skills.
  • Assist in delivering customer outcomes using AIML, Security, or Modernization capabilities as aligned with the internship specialization.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an academic program located in the United States
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship maximum
  • Experience with two or more: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or greater degree program in a STEM field with conferral date between December 2027 and June 2028
  • Experience with Java and Python
  • Experience with one or more of: Typescript, React, Angular, Node.js, Ruby, Go, R, C, or C++
