About the role

Senior Financial Analyst for the UTR Execution team within Rural/ Super Rural (RSR) at Amazon. Supports cost management, planning, forecasting, and proactive financial insights to improve delivery speed and efficiency for 200+ delivery stations nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with business partners to influence decisions and teach cost implications.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data to drive business improvements and cost reductions.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs to improve profitability and competitive position.
  • Engage with on-the-floor associates and managers to promote customer focus and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with team to develop weekly and monthly close activities, planning, forecasting, and reporting models, and communicate insights to operations and partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience
  • 3+ years contributing to cross-functional initiatives affecting financial performance and strategy
