About the role

WHS Manager leading Global WHS Program implementation, focusing on safety leadership, risk assessment, data analytics, and incident trend analysis to protect associates while enabling operational excellence across sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as site safety champion.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to implement practical solutions.
  • Lead safety compliance, site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
  • Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
  • Build relationships with Operations leadership to integrate safety into business operations.
  • Develop leadership plans, communicate expectations, and drive safety initiatives.
  • Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
  • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience
