About the role

Senior Generative AI & ML Specialist Solutions Architect role within the AGS NAMER team focusing on translating customer challenges into AWS Generative AI/ML solutions, engaging with senior stakeholders, and accelerating adoption of AWS GenAI services.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer business challenges into solutions leveraging AWS Generative AI and ML services.
  • Define, design, and deploy targeted architectures that accelerate adoption of AWS Generative AI and ML services.
  • Engage with senior engineers, architects, product leaders, data scientists, and executives at strategic enterprise customers to influence architectural decisions and provide feedback to AWS product teams.
  • Build proof-of-concepts for AI- and agent-enabled applications and provide feedback to service teams.
  • Lead complex engagements with large enterprises with deep technical and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment in the Americas for SageMaker and related GenAI services.
  • Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices through forums, blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
  • Act as technical liaison between customers and Bedrock or other service teams to feedback customer-driven product improvements.
  • Develop and support an internal AWS GenAI subject matter expert community in the Americas.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
  • Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
