About the role

Lead a frontline team inside Amazon's advanced robotics fulfillment center (AR sortable). Own a shift and a team, shaping safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
  • Own safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises for your area
  • Partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to hit business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement and solve problems in real time on the floor
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment with variable temperatures and noise; outside loading departments at delivery stations
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
  • Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • A Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience
