About the role

Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for the Ambient Trust program across perceiving surfaces (voice, vision, ambient sensing) to build trustworthy ambient experiences and transparency controls on Echo, Fire TV, Ring, and related devices.

Responsibilities

  • - Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ambient Trust across perceiving surfaces (including voice, vision, and ambient sensing).
  • - Define the customer experience for ambient transparency and control
  • - Advance real-time visual understanding experiences from early release toward dependable activation, accuracy, broader device coverage, and proactive, opt-in capabilities.
  • - Write narratives and requirements that align leadership and partner teams, and represent Ambient Trust in cross-organization reviews with Product, Hardware, Engineering, Legal, Responsible AI, and Privacy.
  • - Define the metrics that prove ambient experiences are both trusted and useful, and use them to prioritize.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • - Experience in regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies
  • - Experience delivering large, cross-functional, customer facing products
  • - Experience with explainable machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies and tools
  • - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
