About the role

Senior Program Manager to own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain, driving adoption of new ways of working through established change management methodologies and enabling organization-wide change.

Responsibilities

  • Own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain, partnering with leadership to shape the change strategy and executing it.
  • Apply stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and resistance management to define goals and design adoption approaches in ambiguous situations.
  • Build adoption frameworks, playbooks, communications, and enablement materials to operationalize new ways of working by default, using Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter frameworks.
  • Partner with reporting, governance, and tooling teams to drive adoption of shared ways of working across all customer groups, influencing leaders and teams you do not directly manage.
  • Establish adoption measurement and reporting to make progress and risk visible, and build durable systems and processes beyond any single individual.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
