Senior Product Manager – Technical to join Amazon's Disability, Leave & Services (DLS) Product & Technology organization, owning the end-to-end Employee Experience for leaves and accommodations spanning employee, Site HR partner, and manager, delivering a seamless, trustworthy, and human experience for millions of Amazonians and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and defines roadmap strategy and feature delivery for technical products within DLS Leave & Accommodations.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • - Experience managing technical products or online services
  • - Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
