About the role

Account Manager, DSP Shared Services supports onboarding, launch, and ongoing operations for Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) within Amazon's last mile network. Acts as advisor and operating partner to DSP owners, solving issues, guiding onboarding, training, and driving scalable improvements across processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Providing introductory information to new DSPs, setting up accounts and guiding onboarding and launch
  • Conducting DSP training (in person and virtual) across several product types
  • Support DSP intake process, solving simple and complex issues across various topics
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to inquiries
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information within Salesforce
  • Developing long-term solutions using field experience and data-driven assumptions

Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience with Excel
  • Be able to travel up to 10% to assigned stations and lift up to 10lbs at station
