About the role

Senior Manager leading supply chain management, procurement strategy, and cross-functional collaboration for a portfolio of spend categories with global scope and travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals to drive results for the organization.
  • Lead the strategic procurement process for a portfolio of spend categories, including analyzing demand, researching supplier markets and developing procurement and supply chain strategies.
  • Influence supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and other commercial terms
  • Hire and Develop a strong performing Program Management organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, AR, IT, and other teams to align procurement activities with the broader business needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and other innovations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Management or related field and 5 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Management or related field followed by 7 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Must have 5 year(s) of experience in the following: 1) Experience in working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams. 2) Experience in successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. 3) Experience in procurement systems such as Coupa or Oracle, business intelligence tools such as QuickSuite, Tableau, etc., and program management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, etc. 4) Experience leading a team of supply chain professionals as part of a global supply chain team.
