About the role

Senior TPM to lead end-to-end programs across AWS Network Firewall, NAT gateway, and related load balancers (NLB, GWLB). Focus on availability, security, performance, and operational excellence in a fast-moving environment with cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • - Lead end-to-end technical programs across the portfolio, including feature launches, infrastructure and fleet improvements, and multi-team initiatives that span several services.
  • - Drive security and compliance programs, working with internal security and audit teams to find gaps, set priorities for fixes, and track them to completion.
  • - Align engineering teams on architecture, planning, and implementation of improvements and cross-service programs.
  • - Translate business strategy into technical requirements with milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • - Raise the operational bar by driving availability, resilience, and operational-readiness programs, and turning operational lessons into lasting mechanisms.
  • - Partner with Product Management, UX, engineering, security, and leadership to deliver secure, reliable, high-performance networking.
  • - Lead long-range planning and investment decisions for the organization.
  • - Own complex dependencies, release schedules, regional expansion, and trade-off decisions, communicating status and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • - 3+ years of software development experience
  • - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
