About the role

Amazon Learning Specialist responsible for training operations at a site supporting up to 1,000 associates, collaborating with EU ATS Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end learning programs and ensure frontline workforce readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site Learning and Development operations, including training quality, metrics reporting, stakeholder communication, and resource planning for a workforce of up to 1,000 associates.
  • Collaborate with EU ATS Operations and site leadership to develop and execute training plans that align with business needs and workforce requirements.
  • Lead and support trainers and instructors by facilitating meetings, providing coaching and feedback, and delivering Train the Trainer sessions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Learning and Development and cross-functional teams including Operations, Safety, and Workforce Planning.
  • Maintain training documentation, manage learning management systems (LMS), and ensure compliance with safety and operational training requirements.

Qualifications

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in German
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience as a full-time Amazon employee
  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes
