About the role

Internship program at Amazon offering 12 months full-time opportunities across multiple core business areas (Retail/Vendor Services, Advertising, Merchant Services, among others). Provides real-world experience, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Depending on your placement, you may support one of the following areas: Retail / Amazon Vendor Services, Amazon Advertising, Merchant Services
  • Retail / Amazon Vendor Services: Analyze category performance and customer behavior; Identify opportunities to improve product selection, pricing, and availability; Support vendor negotiations and retail operations
  • Amazon Advertising: Learn about advertising products and targeting capabilities; Support campaign planning, data analysis, and client presentations; Contribute to improving advertising products and client outcomes
  • Merchant Services: Identify and engage high-potential merchants using market data and industry intelligence; Analyze seller performance data and customer pain points; Learn the advertising or merchant services portfolio and Amazon culture
  • Collaborate across multiple teams (category, product, technical support) and gain hands-on experience with internal tools and systems
  • Work with a mentor on a high-impact project from day one; expand professional network; participate in intern events; receive ongoing feedback and development support

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date of Q1 2027 or a recent 2026 graduate (within the last 6 months)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Available to complete a full time 12 month internship (40h/week)
