Responsibilities

  • - Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, conduct daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments while implementing preventive solutions.
  • - Deliver engaging safety training and champion continuous safety improvements.
  • - Serve as a trusted safety advisor, build partnerships across the organization, and transform safety data into actionable narratives.

Qualifications

  • - High school or equivalent
  • - A minimum of 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-relevant background OR 6 months experience in a safety-related role within Amazon
  • - Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910
  • - Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity
  • - Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace
