About the role

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Creative Development Assistant to support two senior executives in a comedy series environment, with responsibilities spanning heavy scheduling, travel coordination, expense management, database and submission log handling, and selective creative evaluation. Opportunity for growth into an executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation.
  • Prioritize, manage multiple deadlines and competing needs; maintain excellent communication with executives to balance workload between desks.
  • Support two senior creative executives and assist in administrative tasks with guidance from executive leaders.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem solving, adaptability, and an aptitude for creative development.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience assessing industry talent and trends
  • Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio or scripted production company
