About the role

Internship at Amazon designed for students to gain real responsibility and work on retail vendor management across categories, with exposure to in-stock, marketing, analytics, and cross-functional teams. 12-month full-time internship with potential for graduate roles, relocation support, and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow Amazon's most strategic brands and improve their performance within a retail category.
  • Support vendor managers in providing a suite of services designed to help brands succeed, collaborating with cross-functional teams including in-stock and marketing.
  • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to drive category performance.
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value across retail, advertising, and merchant services.
  • Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence to support business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools across the business.
  • Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including category teams, product teams, and technical support teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date of Q1 2027 or a recent 2026 graduate (within the last 6 months)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Available to complete a full time 12 month internship full time.
