About the role

Leadership role overseeing a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program, driving activation, performance targets, and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
  • Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
  • Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
  • Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
  • Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
  • Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
  • Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience in stakeholder and communication management
