About the role

Launch – Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe with opportunities across multiple European locations. Program runs three years with two rotations, onboarding, core training, networking, and mentorship. Locations include UK, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden and the Netherlands. Fluency in English required; local language skills desirable but not essential for every role.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe, recruits top MBA international talent and builds broad, adaptable Amazonians across corporate businesses in Europe.
  • Provide a platform for MBAs to transition from pre-MBA to Amazon through a three-year program with two job rotations, onboarding activities, core training modules, networking opportunities, and mentorship.
  • Through the rotation process, MBAs can move to a new function, business, or European location.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program at time of application
  • Graduating between December 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026
  • 3+ years of full-time industry work experience between undergraduate conferral and MBA start OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to MBA program
